“Professors’ Garden” has been established at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

The “Professors’ Garden” was organized at the university as part of the “Green Space” nationwide project, and a sapling planting campaign was held.

In the action organized by the initiative of the rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, professors and doctors of science working at the university took an active part in the work of planting seedlings.

– This initiative is being carried out within the national project “Green Space” put forward by the head of state, – says professor Khudargan Mavlonov, – today about 50 professors work at the university. Early in the morning, each of us started planting seedlings in the area designated for us. Each sapling planted here was considered a rare tree species. Let’s take a single red-leaved plum tree. This tree grows up to 6 meters. The red and purple leaves of the tree shine in the same color from spring to autumn. I believe that this unique tree will continue to add beauty to the “Professors’ Garden”.

– I know that many parks have been established before this period, and this is the first time I have heard about the “Professors’ Park” and I am a witness of this process, – says Professor Jumanazarov. These seedlings, planted by the professors of our university, will eventually become a wonderful garden that serves the purity of our nature. When I came to this university for a new job, we planted saplings with many of our colleagues in Orda Park in our city. Today, the saplings we planted in “Orda Garden” have grown into huge trees. As a continuation of these good intentions, today, together with many of our colleagues, we participated in the planting of tree seedlings in the “Professor’s Garden”. I believe that this park will become beautiful after years and this place will become a historical place like “Orda Garden”.

Work continued intensively throughout the day. About 100 saplings were planted today in the “Professors’ Garden” being established at the university.
