“The judge is the speaking law, and the law is the silent judge”
I had no idea that this phrase that I read somewhere would one day inspire me to write about courts and judges, who are the leaders of justice. I was very impressed by the promotional meeting organized in cooperation with the Jizzakh regional court and the university in order to improve the legal literacy of students.
Since childhood, I have been secretly and openly admiring the representatives of this field. As a reporter, I have always been interested in the inability to understand what they are feeling from their facial expressions, from their coldness during court proceedings. Judges are also human, they also have feelings. Are they not affected? Is it so easy to pass judgment on a person? Can judges also be sued? What is the punishment for juveniles when they commit crimes? Does the judge have the right to judge by emotion? I would not be wrong if I say that today’s meeting was an opportunity to get answers to all the questions that have interested me for a long time. The meeting, which took place with the participation of judges in administrative, civil, economic and criminal cases, benefited many young students interested in the field, as well as me.
“Judge’s profession is not only an honorable profession, but also a responsible profession. Every judge who chooses such an honorable and responsible profession and sits on the post of a judge has a great responsibility as well as an obligation. He works diligently to properly fulfill the duties assigned to him due to his profession. Approaching every case from the point of view of justice and legality, he makes his due contribution in increasing the positive views of the people towards the justice system. Today, we express our gratitude to our judges who were invited to carry out legal advocacy work to improve the legal literacy of our students. We can’t help but envy the tenacity, courage, and determination of all our judges, who have been contributing their due contribution to the administration of justice,” says F. Akchaev first vice-rector on Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Affairs at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University .
Undoubtedly, the meeting, which took place in the form of a sincere conversation and open communication, far from officialdom, will remain in the memory of the student youth. Every word said here, facts, and facts will help them distinguish between black and white, good and bad, and draw the right conclusions in any situation. At the meeting with the students, the judge of the criminal trial panel of Jizzakh regional court K. Kholmurodov, the judge of the trial panel for civil cases S. Nabiev, the judge of the trial panel for economic cases S. Quvvatov, the judge of the administrative court T. Kadirkulovov participated.
