Open dialogue with graduates of higher education

An open dialogue class was held at Jizzakh state pedagogical university by the Department of Human Resources and Personnel Capacity Development of the Jizzakh branch of the Public Service Development Agency on measures of the admission of capable persons to the state civil service, the application of the principle of meritocracy, ensuring gender equality in the state civil service, attracting educated young people to the field, retraining and upgrading the skills of state civil servants, increasing the attractiveness of the state civil service, social and legal provision.

During the dialogue, detailed answers were given to questions about the content of the Law “On the State Civil Service”, the tasks and functions of the agency, the proper organization of work, performance indicators, work processes of civil servants, their growth through the ranks and continuous professional development.
