“The future teacher should be next to the teacher at school,” says university rector Sh. Sharipov

A seminar on “Qualified practice and its useful aspects” was organized in the 10th general education school in the city of Jizzakh.

In order to ensure the implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to increase the quality of pedagogical education and further develop the activities of higher educational institutions training pedagogic personnel” PQ-289, Jizzakh city 10 – the seminar entitled “Qualified practice and its useful aspects” held at the general education school began with the observation of open lessons of native language, biology, chemistry, and physics subjects of graduate students who are doing practice at the school. It should be noted that 206 2nd-3rd-4th grade students of the university are currently assigned to the 4+2 system in school No. 10 of Jizzakh. 53 of these students are graduate students.

“The future teacher should be next to the teacher at school, this is the idea of the 4+2 system,” says university rector Sh. Sharipov. Our seminar started with the observation of open lessons of our graduate students who are doing internship at the school. Our students, who are teaching the students, are very enthusiastic, have a desire, and at the same time, the strong excitement is felt in them. The 4+2 system also serves to overcome this excitement in the future teacher. He educates him. Increases self-confidence.

Today, the “Internship Diary” adapted to the system was created and put into practice for students undergoing internship in the “4+2” system at the internship sites at the University.

Finger print device was installed in Jizzakh city schools in order to monitor students’ attendance and participation in internships, and this device is working today.

At the same time, the “journal.jlpu.uz” and “talaba.jlpu.uz” platforms were created and put into practice to monitor and evaluate students’ practice.

Those who spoke at the seminar expressed their opinion that the achievements in the system, especially the work being carried out in 10 general education schools, will be implemented only if all the more than 500 general education schools in our region are implemented in this order.
