THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

Key words:  Women and their interests, innovation, scientific achievements, national independence, development, welfare, enlightenment, education, higher education, mature specialist, textbooks are all examples of human interests. INTRODUCTION The center of the reforms implemented in the Republic during the years of independence is a person and his interests. The culmination of all changes and the goal was to improve the population’s well-being. The country has entered a new stage of development in all areas since 2017. A new era of large-scale restructuring and field reforms has begun. The most important thing to pay attention to is the people and issues that have matured over many years. One of the significant innovations in Uzbekistan’s updated history was the development of the social sphere. [1] Today, no one in the world can imagine the advancement of the field without innovative ideas and scientific achievements. This is Uzbekistan’s most valuable asset. It is the people’s enormous intellectual and spiritual potential. The president’s initiative to improve the republic’s educational and scientific systems, which is a sociopolitical priority for our country, has become one of the tasks. LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODS The attitude toward creative intellectuals in Uzbekistan in the fields of literature and art was also observed during the President’s meeting with his representatives on August 3, 2017. The head of state met with representatives of our country’s creative intellectuals to discuss current issues and solutions for the development of our national culture, literature, and art. In addition, on the “Day of Teachers and Coaches,” our country’s President stated in his speech at the dedication ceremony that “… most of the intellectuals. Furthermore, I am always thinking about one thing with great hopes: in our country our enlightened forefathers’ third renaissance in the twentieth century could be expanded. Why do these selfish and passionate breeds live forever Dedicate it to the idea of ​​national regeneration, liberate the nation from ignorance and backwardness, mobilize all your strengths and skills to rescue our nation from the swamp of ignorance they have created. In this way, they too have sacrificed their precious lives. They are very important: “There is no other salvation from science, no other salvation”. They thought it was faith. National independence, development, and prosperity can be achieved primarily through enlightenment, secular and religious knowledge, and deep mastery of modern science. RESULT Today, the role of creative intellectuals in higher education will naturally arise from the potential for a new generation of textbooks, manuals, and tools to be created, given the regular introduction, quality, and efficiency improvements in their use. activities will take place. Achieved. Given the process of globalization, which today cannot imagine a field of activity without creative intellectuals, it is not surprising that it does not work and it is difficult to achieve the desired perspective. DISCUSSION Thanks to independence, Uzbek women are real achieving equality of meaning. Few at first, but in the years that followed, the state paid attention to them expanded its rank. In it, they describe women’s historical science, the scientific work of Professor D. Alimova, an important issue in her methodological ideas, a scientist who has made a valuable contribution to defining and implementing the direction of historical research in Uzbekistan. She was her diagnostic study in the science of modern history with her research, views, approach, and the historian community was conducted like a scientist pointing out the rules and procedures of law. In short, working scientists are valuable contributors to shaping the intellectual landscape of their time. Women working in the educational system in our country’s development, the role of women in building the nation and society, socio-political activities, today’s initiatives, leadership qualities and the development of professional skills are of paramount importance. In particular, efforts to improve the higher education system and advance science in Uzbekistan have contributed to a large number of female scientists. In the developed countries of the world, especially the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, the human factor is the guarantor of development in the UK, Japan and South Korea Investments aimed at enhancing or growth human potential, in particular investments aimed at raising the level of education of the population and vocational training of young people. Today, it is well known that the educational paradigm is changing in developed and enlargement countries of the world. Japan’s education system Drastic improvement of human resource expansion based on modern demands Radical review, maturation of competitive and advanced specialist and the evolution of  industry at the level of world standards is one of today’s pressing issues. Remuneration of University Staff in Recent Years and Issues of Promotion in Domestic Policy in Japan (Social Protection system) has taken a worthy place. Because of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan April 5, 2018 “The Republic reserves the right to take measures to improve the remuneration system for employees of universities and scientific research institutions”. PQ 3655 determination of 12 employees working in these areas is one of key documents regulating the payment of wages. 1 of 2018 the decision will come into force in the Republic of Uzbekistan from September. A total of 136 (basic) bases for professors and teachers in 81 higher education institutions and scientific staff in scientific research institutions mean a significant increase in the scale of salaries of position. In total there are more than 38 thousand decisions that are 28.1 thousand in universities, research, 8.000 employees at the institution and 1.900 doctoral students are affected. CONCLUSION In conclusion, Uzbekistan’s attitudes towards creative intellectuals and growing interest in the national level and the end result of their activities the basis for the change was the result of wishes implemented in the republic. In particular, it is well known that these reforms have been directly initiated by the head of state and the corresponding aspects are further developed for the new look, national peace and well-being of the people. There is also an increasing interest in daily priorities such as the development of science in our country, the further development of the human resource development system, and the development of qualified professionals in this field. It was created at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. “His five priorities for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2017 to 2021, specified in paragraph 4.4 of the Regional Action Strategy and in the development plan of the scientific sector.
