Especially minors commit various offenses unknowingly and enter the street of crime. The sad thing is that most of the crimes and crimes are committed by young people who do not fully understand the consequences of their actions, who do not have their own place at the threshold of life, or who do not have an independent outlook due to family disagreements and conflicts – director of the Jizzakh regional training center, lieutenant colonel Anvar Ismailov claims.
