Professional duties

After obtaining a Master’s academic degree in the specialty 70110102 – Pedagogy, graduates can continue scientific research as senior research fellows or independent researchers at higher education institutions, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and its branch research institutes.

In scientific research and pedagogical activities:

Conducting scientific and applied research, analyzing experiment results, drawing scientifically grounded conclusions, and discovering scientific innovations;

Preparing and editing scientific articles, lectures, booklets, and educational literature, developing scientific reviews on research topics, and compiling abstracts and bibliographies;

Searching for and retrieving the latest scientific and pedagogical achievements in scientific literature and online networks in a targeted manner;

Organizing, conducting, and actively participating in scientific seminars, conferences, and symposia;

Developing scientific projects on relevant specialty topics, and creating conceptual and theoretical models for solving scientific problems and tasks;

Engaging in pedagogical and methodological activities in higher education, retraining, and professional development institutions related to the specialty; organizing the educational process and scientific activities, conducting classes using modern information and pedagogical technologies and technical teaching aids;

Requirements for practical training

The following practices are conducted for the Pedagogy specialty: Qualification practice – aimed at reinforcing theoretical knowledge from general professional and specialty subjects, integrating it with practical (industrial) processes, and developing relevant practical skills, competencies, and qualifications. Scientific practice – involves familiarizing with the organization of educational processes in higher education institutions, including the structure and functions of departments, directive and normative documents of the educational process, learning basic pedagogical activity skills, participating in scientific work conducted at educational institutions, performing tasks during the practice period for the chosen subject (under the supervision of a mentor), and developing a methodological plan for teaching the subject.
