Students should be ready for competition
Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University Sh. Sharipov met with students.
Young students of the Faculty of Preschool Education participated in the meeting.
The event organized in the style of open dialogue was opened by the rector of the university Sh. Sharipov.
In his words, conditions are being created for the intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of preschool children, taking into account advanced foreign experience, in the preschool education system today. The achievements and shortcomings of preschool education institutions, which are able to solve the issues of raising and all-round development of children at a professional level, taking into account modern pedagogical technologies and methods, were discussed. At the same time, the student emphasized that today there are enough opportunities for them to increase their enthusiasm for reading and work on themselves before starting a dialogue with young people. The student emphasized that he cannot achieve anything unless he first changes himself, his thinking, and his approach.
The worst question is the one not asked
Communication with students began with these words. The rector of the university called on young students to be active, said that there should be no limits in communication, that questions should be asked, suggestions should be heard, and problems that arise should be solved.
During the meeting, which was held in a sincere, open communication style, the students addressed more about the 4+2 practice order, the activities of clubs, the lack of classrooms, the expansion of opportunities for training in gymnasiums and farms.
“Yesterday, under the chairmanship of the President, a meeting of video selectors dedicated to 2023 tasks and plans for digitization was held. At this meeting, the head of state said, “What is the purpose of digitization?” To please people, to put human dignity in place, to ensure justice, they said. The head of state also said that it is necessary to train young people in information technologies, create conditions for their work and create a market for their products. Inspired by these words, I made my suggestions at today’s meeting. One of my proposals is to organize training courses in this field for students in the Faculty of Pre-School Education and to provide them with new, modern technologies in this regard. And the result changed in a way I did not expect. Along with my proposal being taken into account, I was officially invited to work at the digitization technology department of the university. This was an unexpected and lucky offer for me,” says 3rd year student Navrozbek Ochilov.
Also, during the meeting, proposals were received from students and young people regarding the establishment of a smart university and the establishment of master’s studies in some fields at the faculty of preschool education.
“Establishment of Smart University will bring a lot of relief for us. When I made this proposal to the rector of the university, they also said that they support me and that this proposal is being studied by the relevant authorities today, and we can see a positive result of it in the near future. In fact, smart universities give us a lot of relief in supporting our married women and completing the 4+2 practice,” says Shahrizoda Makhkamboeva, a student of the 4th course.
Both students and teachers should be ready for lifelong learning.
While expressing his gratitude to the students for their suggestions and questions, the rector of the university gave examples of the system of preschool education in the developed countries of the world, in particular, the system in the country of Belarus.
“To give the result expected by the head of our state, a student and a teacher must learn throughout their life. It cannot be otherwise,” says university rector Sh. Sharipov. We see the issues of opening new and new directions in the preschool education system. Our intention is to try to get something from the educator of a child who has just stepped on the threshold of kindergarten. Today’s meeting ended with these words.
