Parents are considered to be the first educators of their children who help them learn about the world, then the role of teachers and coaches is incomparable in helping them grow as a person, find their place in society and determine their future.

These dignitaries, honorary teachers and guests were invited to the Palace of Culture of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University today. It should be noted that this school started its activity with 29 teachers, and today these numbers are more than 700. In 1978, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute received its first 249 students, and over the past 50 years, the total number of graduates has exceeded 52,857. Among them, we are proud of the presence of leaders and teachers who have come to the attention of the public and are working in various fields not only in our Republic, but also abroad. Those who spoke at the event noted that the contribution of our veteran teachers, who have been working in our educational institution for many years and are serving their students shoulder to shoulder with young personnel today, is incomparable.

On the eve of the holiday, according to the decree of the head of our state, those who were awarded with the badge of excellence of higher education of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation were once again recognized by the rector of the university. They were solemnly awarded souvenirs and diplomas.

The event was attended by former rectors who worked as rectors in this institution for many years, as well as representatives of higher education institutions operating in the field of pedagogy in our country.

The guests presented their gifts to the rector of the university. In turn, the university trade union handed over certificates to the honored guests.

At the event, statuettes and certificates of honor were also presented to university scholars.

The celebration ended with a theatrical concert program prepared by the university artistic team.
