The student-athletes of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, who participated in the “Five Initiatives Olympiad”<\/strong> competitions held at Gulistan State University, were given a ceremonial welcome upon their return on the university grounds.<\/em><\/p>\n

It would not be an exaggeration to say that the sounds of trumpets and horns, the festive mood, and the waving flags stirred feelings of pride among those gathered. The winners were joyfully welcomed by the university leadership and professors-teachers amidst applause and musical fanfare.<\/p>\n

The event held in honor of the student-athletes who won one gold<\/strong> and one bronze<\/strong> medal in the competitions was opened by the University Rector’s Advisor, G’ayrat Qodirov<\/strong>. In his speech, conveying greetings on behalf of the University Rector, he highly appreciated the student-athletes’ victory in the regional stage and their active participation in the national stage. He sincerely congratulated all participants and coaches who fought for victory.<\/p>\n

During the event, the floor was given to the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Furqat Ahmedov<\/strong>. In his speech, he noted with satisfaction that while observing the student-athletes during the competitions, they had promised University Rector Maqsudjon Abdullayevich<\/strong>: “We will definitely return with a gold medal,”<\/strong> \u2014 and that this promise had been fulfilled. Furqat Ahmedov expressed gratitude on behalf of all athletes to the university leadership for the confidence in victory, the created favorable conditions, and the constant support.<\/p>\n

Amidst the applause of the attendees, the coach of the girls’ streetball team, Sardor Hazratqulov<\/strong>, took the podium. In his speech, he noted with pleasure that the name of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University was mentioned with honor several times during the competitions.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that at the national stage of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” held in Gulistan, Sirdarya region, from November 17-20<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    The girls’ streetball team was awarded the gold medal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The boys’ volleyball team secured the bronze medal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
