Djelyalov, and International Cooperation Specialist Sh. Rashidov, is participating.<\/p>\n<p class=\"leading-8 font-normal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-90774 aligncenter\" began with a flower-laying ceremony at the monument to Heydar Aliyev, the first president of the Azerbaijani people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"leading-8 font-normal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-90775 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/jdpu.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/photo_2025-11-02_15-56-34.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"leading-8 font-normal\">During the grand opening ceremony, Yusuf Aliyev, Rector of the Guba branch of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, and Saida Abbasova, First Deputy Head of the Guba Region Executive Authority, specifically highlighted the memorandum signed on the initiative of Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ilham Aliyev during the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Business Forum held in Tashkent on August 23, 2024, which declared the cities of Jizzakh and Guba as sister (partner) cities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"leading-8 font-normal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-90776 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/jdpu.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/photo_2025-11-02_15-56-48.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p
