The working group&#8217;s first meeting was held today. The main criteria and practical procedures for evaluating teaching staff were explained in detail.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-86948 aligncenter\" system<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"leading-8 font-normal\">\u2705 Organizational aspects and methodological organization of the lesson;<br \/>\u2705 Level of pedagogical skill and communicativeness;<br \/>\u2705 Ability to use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT);<br \/>\u2705 Student activity and the objectivity of their assessment;<br \/>\u2705 Creating an educational environment and ensuring safety;<br \/>\u2705 Ability to develop communication and social skills;<br \/>\u2705 Effectiveness and results-oriented nature of the lesson;<br \/>\u2705
