the problems and prospects of training qualified specialists for general education schools and preschool educational organizations, and to exchange the scientific and practical achievements. <!--more--> At the conference, the results of scientific research carried out by scientists, professors, teachers, specialists, researchers, graduate students and talented students of higher education
