Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/p>\n

On the approval of the list of hard work and work in harmful or dangerous working conditions, where the use of the labor of persons under the age of eighteen is prohibited<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article 354<\/a> of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in heavy work and work in harmful and dangerous working conditions In order to prevent the employment of persons under the age of eight and persons unfit for such work, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:<\/p>\n

  1. Article 354 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/a>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Prohibition of using the labor of persons under the age of eighteen in heavy work and work in harmful and dangerous working conditions, as well as persons unfit for such work;<\/p>\n

    It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers approves the list of hard work and work in harmful or dangerous working conditions where the labor of persons under the age of eighteen is prohibited.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The list of hard work and work in harmful or dangerous working conditions, where the use of the labor of persons under the age of eighteen is prohibited, should be approved in accordance with the appendix.<\/li>\n
    2. Let the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with interested ministries and agencies, harmonize the normative legal documents they have adopted with this decision within three months.<\/li>\n
    3. Monitoring of the implementation of this decision is carried out by the Minister of Poverty Alleviation and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.A. Let Musaev be responsible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      According to the list, it is prohibited to use the labor of persons under the age of 18 in the following works, including:
      \n\u2014 Coal beneficiation operator;
      \n\u2014 Apparatus for the production of precious metals;
      \n\u2014 Underground mine worker;
      \n\u2014 Standardizing concentrates containing diamonds;
      \n\u2014 Supervisor of production of ferrous metals;
      \n\u2014 Grinding of diamonds and very hard materials;
      \n\u2014 Plumber for repair of heating network equipment;
      \n\u2014 Oil and gas extraction operator;
      \n\u2014 Gas distribution station operator;
      \n\u2014 Dispenser of medical preparations;
      \n\u2014 Manufacturer of medical products;
      \n\u2014 Welder in high-frequency current devices;
      \n\u2014 Gypsum heater;
      \n\u2014 Asphalt concrete worker;
      \n\u2014 Baker;
      \n\u2014 Dough proofer;
      \n\u2014 Cutter of meat products;
      \n\u2014 Ice cream maker;
      \n\u2014 Painting;
      \n\u2014 Passenger train mechanic-brigadier;
      \n\u2014 Medical officer on duty at emergency medical stations.
