To date, Oliygoh has managed to establish strong relations with many foreign HEIs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Today, the chairman of Turkish EMI Institute (Dilkur Academy) Himmet Karadal visited the university. During the meeting with the rector of the university Sh.S. Sharipov, Professor Himmet Karadal spoke about the goals of his visit. In the process of mutual dialogue, suggestions were made about the exchange of students and professors between the higher educational institutions of the two countries. A number of proposals were made regarding the organization of lectures and classes of experienced professors and teachers of Turkish universities, joint educational programs, and the cooperation of young scientists conducting scientific research.
