He also particularly emphasized the opportunities being created for young people in our country and the attention provided at the level of state policy. The Rector warmly congratulated the 13 students who were winners of prestigious state scholarships for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, noting that their achievements will further enhance the university&#8217;s prestige.
